We have a large 10 Bedroomed Victorian property that has
various different types of accommodation contained within it.
The property is well maintained and is each room/bedsit is
cleaned and updated as the accommodation becomes vacant at the end of
tenancies.
We accommodate all type of working people.We do not take on housing benefit claimants
or the unemployed.
We expect all tenants to be referenced prior to moving into
our accommodation.
This house is next door to our head office, so is therefore
maintained on a daily basis. The bathrooms/showers/w.c's and communal kitchen
are checked regularly and cleaned once a week by our own cleaners.
The accommodation comprises of the following.
Roof Bedsit with its own kitchen/lounge/bedroom. The
occupants share the use of the communal bathrooms. This is a large airey room
at the top of theThis room has a double
bed.
Eight Single Bedrooms all with single beds, wardrobes,
drawers.
One Large Double on the ground floor, with its own
front door leading to the back garden and way out.Also an internal door leading into the
communal areas. This room is suitable for a couple.
There are two showers, one bathroom with w.c. and
basin.A further seperate w.c. with
basin.
There is a large kitchen with all facilities including
washing machine, dryer, microwave and all basic cooking utensils and
crockery is provided for your use.
Off the kitchen is a lounge with sofa, comfy chair, and t.v.
There is a dining table for the use of the residents.
The prices all depend on which room is available at the time
and length of stay that you require.
Short term prices are approx 25% higher than Long term.
Our price per room per night is £30 for single occupancy. Double occupancy is approx £35 depending on which room is available.
