We have a large Victorian property that has various different types of accommodation contained within it.
The property is well maintained and is each room/bedsit is cleaned and updated as the accommodation becomes vacant at the end of tenancies.
The property is 100m from the Tring Town Centre. Bus stop 30m.
Single rooms are from £70 pw. Medium rooms from £75 and £85 pw plus the cost of services (£14pw). inc internet access.
Double rooms are from £100 pw + £28pw cost of services inc internet access.
The double rooms are suitable in some cases to have 2 persons living as a couple.
We accommodate all type of working people. We do not take on housing benefit claimants or the unemployed.
We expect all tenants to be referenced prior to moving into our accommodation.
This house is next door to our head office, so is therefore maintained on a daily basis. The bathrooms/showers/w.c's and communal kitchen are checked regularly and cleaned once a week by our own cleaners.
The accommodation comprises of the following.
Roof Bedsit with its own kitchen/lounge/bedroom. The occupants share the use of the communal bathrooms. This is a large airey room at the top of the This room has a double bed.
Several Single Bedrooms all with single beds, wardrobes, drawers.
One Large Double on the ground floor, with its own front door leading to the back garden and way out. Also an internal door leading into the communal areas.
There are two showers, one bathroom with w.c. and basin. A further two seperate w.c. with basin.
There is a large kitchen with all facilities including washing machine, dryer, microwave and all basic cooking utensils and crockery is provided for your use.
Off the kitchen is a lounge with sofa, comfy chair, and t.v. There is a dining table for the use of the residents.
The prices all depend on which room is available at the time and length of stay that you require.
Short term prices are approx 25% higher than Long term.
