Forest Oak Villa is a modernised apartment, with bright and airey rooms. Towels and Bed linen are all supplied. Private off road parking is available.
Local shops and restaurants close by.

Within easy walking distance to Forest Hill, Honor Oak and Catford Stations, taking you to London Bridge in 15 mins.

Bathroom has recently undergone redecoration as has the whole apartment, there is a shower attachment within the bath, w.c. and wash basin.









Forest Oak Villa is well located for trips to Central London and the South East, with just a 15 mins train to London Bridge. The Apartment is set within a large Victorian property.

It is within easy walking distance to Honor Oak Park, Forest Hill, and Catford train stations. We are also ideally located for the South East's many attractions, including Hastings, Brighton, Eastbourne and the South Coast.
There are many historical places to visit, including Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Battle (where the battle of Hastings to place).

There is a parking space within the property, off road. Two french doors open out from one of the bedrooms and also the lounge onto a Private patio area with garden table and chairs.

There is also a bbq for residents use, in the summer time.
 
 
This property has a no smoking policy.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 for each week booked, required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due to secure booking. Rest of the rental fee and breakages deposit, due eight weeks prior to arrival.
Total of rental fee and breakages deposit required on booking, if the booking period is less than eight weeks away.

Services charged at 10%. We read the meters on arrival and on departure.  If the services add up to more than the 10%, we take the charge from the breakages deposit.

This is essentially family accommodation, we do not accept Stag and Hen Parties. Please liaise with us 
 
 
Very short distance is Greenwich, Centre of London, either by train, or boat from Greenwich. Locally Lewisham offers Leisure Centre and Ladywell Park. Blackheath is a beautiful park close to Greenwich with its Museum and Time Line. Amazing views of London Skyline. The O2 famous for its concerts is within reach of the Holiday Home.
 
Ideally situated for easy access to M25, all airports and many attractions off the motorway. Outside of London we have within easy reach, Canterbury, Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton can all be day trips.

Further afield the South West, New Forest and Hampshire and Devon.
