Train line from Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park directly to London Bridge and Charing Cross. Both stations within walking distance from the house.

Well located for all London Airports, Gatwick being the nearest.
The M25 is close by for ease of access.
There are frequent trains from London Bridge.
Forest Oak Villa is a modernised apartment, with bright and airey rooms. Towels and Bed linen are all supplied. Private off road parking is available.
Local shops and restaurants close by.
 
Forest Oak Villa is well located for trips to Central London and the South East, with just a 15 mins train to London Bridge. The Apartment is set within a large Victorian property.
It is within easy walking distance to Honor Oak Park, Forest Hill, and Catford train stations. We are also ideally located for the South East's many attractions, including Hastings, Brighton, Eastbourne and the South Coast.
There are many historical places to visit, including Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Battle (where the battle of Hastings to place).
We are happy to give advice on your arrival of where to go. Greenwich  is a short distance away from the apartment, which has its markets, Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum as well as the Cutty Sark.
From Greenwich you can catch the River bus to take you either way up the river.  Many stops to the London Attractions, including London Eye, Tower of London, St. Pauls Cathedral and Tate Modern. Crystal Palace is a few miles away with many restaurants and eateries.
 
Recently redecorated, the apartment is very clean and bright.  The bathroom has shower attachment within the bath.
The lounge has t.v. and sofa and chairs.
Fully fitted kitchen, with microwave and washing machine.
This property is unsuitable for people who have a mobility problem.
 
The surrounding area.

 

Ideally situated for easy access to M25, all airports and many attractions off the motorway. Outside of London we have within easy reach, Canterbury, Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton can all be day trips.

Further afield the South West, New Forest and Hampshire and Devon.
Very short distance away is Greenwich, Centre of London, either by train, or boat from Greenwich. Locally Lewisham offers Leisure Centre and Ladywell Park. Blackheath is a beautiful park close to Greenwich with its Museum and Time Line. Amazing views of London Skyline. The O2 famous for its concerts is within reach of the Holiday Home.

Lets are normally Saturday to Saturday, especially over the summer season. In low season it may be possible to have different changeover dates. Please discuss.
Long Lets welcome, enquire for rates for longer lets.
To book the holiday we require 1/3rd cost of stay. as a deposit to confirm booking and the rest of the cost 8 weeks or more before start of holiday.
For average size families, we also require returnable £100 cash deposit for each week booked, together with the 1/3rd payment,  this is used against breakages.

PLEASE CHECK THAT THE ABOVE DATES CORRECTLY LIASE WITH SATURDAY ARRIVALS AND LEAVING TIMES.  IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT IN THE ABOVE THEN LIASE WITH THE OWNERS SO AS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
