This Student house is extremely close to Kedleston Campus, literally a few minutes walk from the property and also within walking distance of other campuses.

 

It is just across the road from Markeaton Park, a beautiful country park with lakes and gardens. Also Tennis courts, golf, boating, fishing, with a cafe.

 

There is a large amount of cupboard storage for the students, with a lockable shed in the enclosed garden, for the safe keeping of bikes etc.

 

The house is newly decorated with new carpets in some areas.

 

The prices range from £35 per week for the smallest room up to £55 per week for the largest room, all plus £14 per week bills.

The bills cost includes Internet, t.v. license, electric, gas and water.

Payment is Termly in advance, with parental guarantor.

If you dont have UK based parental guarantor we would expect all rent for the full academic year to be paid prior to moving in.

 

We expect all students to provide parental guarantor, who is UK based and working. Without this we offer a full year payment up front scheme.

 

All students must provide evidence to confirm they are student at Derby University, containing their offer of place at the Uni and student no.
