Stephen Paul Byrne Ltd is a family run business, providing accommodation to suit all needs. From Rooms to whole flats, houses, holiday accommodation etc.

All our property is owned by ourselves, fully furnished although we can accommodate tenants furniture if they would prefer their own.

Holiday accommodation is fully equipped with Linen and towels. We also do Bed and Breakfast accommodation in TRING AND HASTINGS at reasonable rates. Rates start at £25 per person per night in Tring for single accommodation. Please check with us with your specific requirements.

We have property in the following areas, Tring and Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire, Hastings in East Sussex, Forest Hill in South East London and Derby in Derbyshire.

Some of our property is let to Students studying at Universities in Derby and Goldsmiths University, New Cross.

All our tenants are referenced, we do not accept Housing Benefit.

Large room suitable for a couple with double bed and own front door available.

£100 per week plus bills.

Three Bed Garden Flat £196 per week. Available late June.

Short Term accommodation prices are higher by 25%. Bills are the

same as for Long Term.

BERKHAMSTED - Long Term.

Small rooms from £65 per week plus bills.

Medium rooms from £70-£75 per week plus bills.

HASTINGS

Four Bed detached Chalet Bungalow £850 pcm (£196.15 per week) exc bills.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

FOREST HILL, LONDON SE 23. Ideal for Goldsmiths - 3 Rooms in Garden Flat available.

DERBY. Short walk to Kedleston Campus - 3 Rooms available.

We charge an extra 25% for short term lets. Bills are the same as for long lets.
